Kenzo: Cabiria, Charity, Chastity

Continuing Kenzo and Framework’s unrivaled success in film, Framework produced Natasha Lyonne’s directorial debut for Kenzo’s Fall/Winter 2017 campaign.

An ode to Fellini’s Nights of Calabria, the film depicts Chastity, a protagonist who reconciles with her Vaudevillian past and finds eloquence and meaning in an absurd world.

Framework turned Lyonne’s surrealistic vision into reality, producing the film and securing the talent across disciplines, including a cast with Fred Armisen, Greta Lee, James Ransone, Matt Lucas, Macaulay Culkin, Waris Ahluwalia, and Leslie Odom, Jr.

We also commissioned director of photography Chung-hoon Chung (The Handmaiden), and Academy Award nominated costume designer Arianne Phillips (Walk The Line, Nocturnal Animals, Hedwig, and the Angry Inch).
