Nike, “Queens of The Future”

On August 20th, Nike brought together 11 of the best professional female tennis players for a “Queens of the Future” experience on the streets of New York City to continue celebrating the growth of women in sport. On a pop-up tennis stadium located at William F. Passannate Ballfield on the corner of W. Houston and Avenue of the Americas, athletes including Serene Williams, Naomi Osaka, Sloane Stephens, Simon Halep and Maria Sharapova took the court for a twist on the classic tennis training game with young “queens” from the United States Tennis Association and New York Junior Tennis & Learning.
