Shortly following their introduction to LVMH by Brian Phillips in 2011, Humberto Leon and Carol Lim were appointed Creative Directors of Kenzo, a move that radically transformed the brand.

Since 2011, Black Frame has served as Kenzo’s advisor and closest right hand, propagating Kenzo’s new vision of colorful, offbeat cool throughout the media landscape. Kenzo was named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2016 and Carol and Humberto are part of The Hypebeast 100.

Black Frame and Kenzo have together redefined how a brand communicates, notably though films that have become conversation starters and viral sensations. In just over a year since its launch in 2016, the Kenzo World fragrance film has garnered 10.1 million views and counting.

Black Frame also extends its innovative approach to PR through strategic partnerships, and helped Kenzo to become the first LVMH brand to secure a collaboration with H&M.
